Bank Of India — amount debited but not received

Respected sir/ madam. I made a transcation of worth rupees 10000 from Punjab national bank ATM school road jagadhri id no N 3468200 amount debited from my account but I didn't receive cash I tried helpline numbers too they said that I would get my amount back within 72 hours.. But till today I have not received any cash. Plzz help me in this matter and credit amount in my account. I am in great need. With regards monica rani account number [protected] branch jagadhri
