Bank Of India — amount debited to my s b account for transaction not made with clear trip for booking the air tickets.

I booked one air ticked on 20.11.2017 through my rupay card of bank of inida for ras. 3008. Transaction was failed and i could not book the ticket. When i contacted your customer care, they said that amount is in bank of india gate way. It will be reversed within 3 days. Now morethan 45 days over. I have complainted with bank of india also. Still i have not received the refund. Pl look into the issue and credit the amount immediately.
