Bank Of India — Amount deducted but not credit | |||
Cash transaction by bhim app of rs.1000. Not credit to benifiecry and debited from my a/c vide transaction i d[protected] dt. 28 apr. My a/c in boi alwar. Boi customer care not responding at all. And i am following the same on upi. [protected]@npci.org.in but no rply. Both bhim app (Upi developers) and bank of india not responding either on mail or calls. Recently i filled form for cgpat through bank of india during which some 150 rupees were transacted to cgvyapam site but after that no message come of case transaction . So please look on the matter. my contact no. is [protected]

i was swipe my debit card in 4th feb 2017. but in 1st time transaction got failed but balance is deduct from my account.
i did not receive my amount till the date, so pls help me.
what should i do.
