Bank Of India — Amount deducted from my account but cash was not available AT THE KIOSK

I have used my ATM CARD to withdraw 10, 000 rupees from BANK OF BARODA kiosk on dated[protected] but did not receive any cash and the amount was deducted from my account. I would request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
