I withdrew Rs.15000 on[protected] from the ATM of Bank of India, Siyaganj branch, Indore.

Rs. 15000 have been deducted from my account no. [protected], but I have not received the amount

I filed complaint with bank for the reversal of Rs. 15000, but the complaint with the reference number 010619data284 has been rejected

Kindly look into the matter

I have use my ATM but it don't work when I try to login in online money transfer it shows invalid card but bank offer say it is registered .what is the issue
