I m shruti pawar i had applied for passport the amount of rs.1512.75 deducted from my account but not received at passport seva kendra. Many times i tried to contact you but not a single helpline is working. It has been completed more than one month. It is very urgent for me to get passport. When will i get my refund amount? I request you to clear it and refund my amount as soon as possible

I send money through Paytm. In wrong account. I contact Paytm customer care he said to complain in Boi customer care
But I have trying many times to contact customer care but he did not receive sooo please mee to refund money for this act I would very helpful to you thenk uuuu
