Bank Of India — amount refunded from phone pay app not remitted to my bank account

I purchased an item from snapdeal and paid rs 483 through phone pay but as item was not satisfactory i returned the item. On 21dec 2018 phone pay refunded my money to the bank.
Through various follow ups phone pay confirmed me that they have refunded the money and to contact the bank after 30 dec 2018 if didn't receive the amoun.
Then i tried bank of india customer service but it never returned my calls.
It's 19 jan 2019 now and i haven't got my money back.

Sir, My new chip ATM card is listed as "hot listed" card so I can not use it in ATM machine. How the problem will be solve please suggest.
