Bank Of India — atm not dispense cash

1st floor, Samartha Krupa, Plot no.24, Sector No.8, Behind Khanda Colony Petrol pump, Near Mahatma School, New Panvel, Pin.410206

My A/C in Bank of India, Khanda Colony Branch & I have try to withdraw cash from Bank of India ATM at D.N Road, Fort Mumbai on 18 Sept.2019, but ATM not dispense cash. I have online complaint & also followup with mail through branch manager.I have call to card dept.but not pick up phone.
One month complete but yet not reverse amount in my account.
