Bank Of India — atm reversal not received yet

I have a saving acc ([protected]) at kedaon bank of india. Sir i have done a transaction of rs 7000 on[protected] at boi atm of kedgaon, and i did not received the money. I have given a written application, in the bank system there is a entry on[protected], yet i have not received the money. It is being almost 2 months yet i have not received the amount. So please look into the matter and inform me about it.
