Dear Sir, On 25 th march of i just made an on-line payment from my bank of india debit card in the name of icsi my examination fee but when iam trying to download my admit card its not working when i called to your custmer care they confirm me that my examination fee has been debit but my enrollment is pending due to that i cant give the exam which is held up on june -2015 . I request you to if i cant give the Exam then kindly refund my amount of Rs. 1200 which is debited from my account on 25th march -2015 . Dear SAKSHI SHARMA, This mail indicates that you are using ICSI portal and will now be making payment of Rs. 1200.00 for ExaminationEnrollmentRequestthrough our website. You are now moving to a third party site for making the payment.     Dear Sir/mem, I have formate my Laptop and re-install Star Token application in the laptop. and after installed Startoken application given user ID and then enter PIN in the menu. but i forget my PIN so enter wrong PIN no more then three time. after system given following error message - "User/Device Status check Failed-Your account is SUSPENDED on this computer.You can activate it from your other ACTIVE computers." so plz give me soluation for solved this problem on my laptop.

      I am writing this email on behalf of my wife someone called her for some verification about the ATM Card, he already had the ATM card information he just verified. And then she went to Bank of India Yamuna Vihar Delhi branch they told they can't block ATM card, they didn't block her ATM card though she had all verification documents with her and they told she needs to go his own branch (whatever your city) and in this time span someone taken out 20, 000/- from her account. I just need to know who is responsible for this, how and from where they get the ATM card details and customer contact details, It seems some of Bank of India's employee are involved in this without them this can't be possible, I just want to know where is their bank security how the important can leakage and pass to the un-authorized persons, and now who will bring our money back in our bank account.         PROBLEM IN STAR TOKEN REGENERATION / RESET Please note / review below mails regarding lethargic activities of star token support team - please confirm when I can take up this series of issues to the Chairman / MD of BOI ? - or to any social portal who could through some light to the General Public / account holders and alert them to switchover to other Nationalised Banks . - The problem persists over 3 months, despite regular / daily contacts to star token team / written applications / complaints . [protected][protected] To Nodal officer, Bank of India Sub : struggling to regenerate star token Ref : Customer Name : GEETHA M CUSTOMER ID :[protected] Phone Number : +91 [protected] Please refer my telecon to you, through phone number[protected] I request your immediate attention and review of all the following complaints that I am facing . Please take up the matter seriously and try to resolve . 1) Despite several written request ( in the prescribed form ) no action has been taken 2) Despite my home branch is taking the step and trying daily to reset the seat token - and trying to contact your star token support team - he could not solve the problem in resetting my account 3) your star token support team is just giving repeated / stereo type answers, despite regular calls on daily basis & and they say that they are just sitting to reply over phone and they cannot do beyond this. IF so, why a SUPPORT team is required ?, unless they could not take any step to resolve the problem . --- I expect your sincere reply on this . 4) while contacting over phone to support team, there are two notions to select LANGUAGE to talk - even if we select ENGLISH, it is being attended by persons who do not know English and asking me to speak in Hindi - Why it is so ? ---- I request your straight forward reply on this point . 5) Every time, during contact with support team, I need to explain the whole episode, every time that takes around over 15-20 minutes to explain the problem - after hearing the history, for any problem, they simply say that ' CONTACT HOME BRANCH - they could not talk more that than and not competent enough to even listen the problems . I have told them that I am visiting home branch frequently, to resolve the problem - & explained the support team that the home branch is facing some problem to reset the star token 6) As there is no alternate mail ID given in BOI website, to give any feed-back / complaint regarding 'support team', they took this advantage and confirm that' it is not possible to give any complaint against support.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in ' Even in BOI web site, there is no mention regarding this option - that is why they are saying that it is impossible to give any complaint on STAR TOKEN SUPPORT TEAM - Is it true ? Are they unquestionable / ultimate team of authorities ? --- kindly take up this matter seriously and resolve it by providing any alternate ID, for giving feedbacks / complaints on startoken support team. 7) My home branch is supporting a lot & trying to resolve the problem - daily . My home branch also called them and DATA CENTER - problem is still persisting 8) Please note that I Could not even use Internet banking - without star token - even through other PCs which is fresh and not loaded with star token - totally my primary account ( salary account ) could not be used for any transaction, for over 6 months, despite several written requests / submission of applications / visit to home branch etc. As a whole the STAR TOKEN TEAM is just incapable of handling situation - and we the customer are really got irritated by the way they are treating . I request you to arrange to Kindly remove the Link of STAT TOKEN FROM my account, at least till you improve the staff to handle it & enhance the software, user friendly.

        I am having an account on your bank for many years. Now I am using internetmobile banking and also I am unsing star token. I am unable to do transaction. When I click on the From Transaction icon I receives a note stating that " Your Transaction password is yet to be setup. Please navigate to Change Secrets menu to setup your Transaction Password and activate it from Internet Banking". What should I do to move further with my transaction? Kindly reply me as early as possible.

          mr Annamalai, a junior scale Iv officer got promoted under service concession from III to IV and appointed as Business Development Manager at Madurai Tamilnadu, post meant for scale V.although he was not eligible to Officiate he was officiating Now he has applied for scale promotion from IV to V though he is not eligible otherwise as such he should not enjoy the service concession twice as per banks promotion policy.This time he will be promoted to scale V and would made as Deputy Zonal Manager. He is enjoying all the privileges not because of he is an extraordinary banker but he has a God father Mr R.Shankaranarayanan, General Manager, recently promoted Executive Director of bank of India and one of the powerful personalities at Bank of india Head office.at Bandra Kurla Complex Mumbai. We pretty well know that our representations would be thoroughly Ignored by the bank.We lost the faith in the bank. It is our earnest request and appeal to the apex bank to intervene and instruct Top management of the Bank to take due care while considering Mr Annamalai candidature for Scale V and up keep the honour of the banking industry..

                There are two ways to deactivate StarToken

                a. Either go to branch and ask them to regenerate StarToken
                b. Follow the below steps of auto regeneration of Star Token
                Following are the Steps to RESET StarToken User Id if Mobile is registered:
                1. Launch StarToken
                2. Enter User Id which you want to RESET and the Mobile Number is registered
                3. Enter wrong PIN for all three attempts
                4. Your StarToken will get Suspended due to too many wrong attempts
                5. StarToken will restart again, and enter your User Id and hit submit
                6. It will show a message as “Would you like to authorize an automatic reset of your
                StarToken”.Hit YES.
                7. It will ask you to choose method to authorize StarToken reset. Select 2nd option
                “Send me theOTP vis SMS”
                8. Enter the Security Answer which you have set the OTP which you have received on your
                registered mobile number and hit Submit
                9. Your StarToken is RESET. Click OK.

                NOTE: You will receive new ACTIVATION CREDENTIALS via SMS on your registered Mobile Number.
                . It can be used to again activate STARTOKEN

                10. You can use your Internet Banking from the Normal Browser. From Internet Explorer go to http://www.bankofindia.co.in and Click on Retail / Corporate for Online Banking
                11. Enter your Internet Banking User Id and Password and click Login
                12. It will ask you if you want to Activate StarToken Now? Click NO.
                13. You can now use Online Banking from the Normal Browser.

                i want use normal internet banking only
                Please remove this app from BOI because many peoples are facing problem from long time.Either give better result for this app remove.I can tell easily that IT support is very bad for BOI.Either IT head is not able to handle this situation or management is not able to manage of his responsibilities.

                NOTE : Give option for only normal net banking process for all BOI customer which is better at least for all of them.

                Bank of India services are very poor. since 2014 I have NRE & NRO account with Bank of india Kandivali lokhandwala branch I have not been able to use internet banking services since I have opened account with them.
                Since May 2018 I have been following with my branch for internet banking they have sent me password for login & transaction twice still not able to use internet banking. and I have been keep following them via email and calls still problem not sorted out till date this is how Bank of India giving serve to customers.

                I m facing problem with STAR TOKEN getting error as below
                USER/ DEVICE STATUS CHECK FAIL - TOO MANY FAILED ADDITIONAL AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS.
                bank of india can you give me the solution for this????????????

                BOI customers, it seems I am just 1 more customer who is suffering from Login issues to BOI Star Token.
                From all the above grievances, with not a single satisfied comment above. We are breaking our heads against a Wall.

                I hope somebody raises this issue with some higher authority to shake the BOI ICT staff to wake them up.

                Its high time they provide User friendly systems to their customers.

                      I had submitted application for Loan against my property with bank of india goregaon east branch on 21st January 2015. After doing all procedure & submitting all papers demanded by bank official now today branch manger of bank that your loan is rejected. They had given reason that title is not clear but the fact is they had done legal search report from two advocate from their panel of which one has given clean report & other has raise query which irrational, when i asked manager about rejection they said u had manipulated papers with other advocate which is from their panel only. Further i want to inform you that on my property which is my residential home on which loan is goning on from HDFC bank. So their objection o[censored]nclear tiltle is absolutely base less & just to harness & take some extra money for approval of loan. So i Kindly request you to look into the matter & give me justice as i was required this loan for my business & which very very essential.

                          STAR TOKEN is a nightmare
                          - once you trapped, you are out - the very purpose of banking will be lost .
                          - I have many bitter experience
                          - my wife, and 100+ bank of India customers are struggling
                          - the reason is very POOR support team
                          - review my postings in this regard
                          - better to come out of STAR TOKEN
                          - if possible, close the account - any other Nationalised bank is better in this aspect .

                          I WANT TO TAKE UP THIS - with a mass support of BOI customers - please join with me

                              My name is Hiranya and i have taken the education loan in the year 2007. Please find the below loan account details.

                              With reference to above details i would like to highlights few things. My loan was running smoothly and my credit health was also good. Due to my job loss i couldn't able to pay the monthly EMI for 9 months. Due to which my account reflected as a NPA and few months ago i came to know my outstanding amount was 1, 40, 000 INR. And i have already deposited in my saving account ([protected]) for the same Bandgaon (Jharkhand) Branch as instructed by a bank manager and he use to transfer this amount to my loan account usually. Now he is refused to transfer the whole 1, 40, 000 INR outstanding money to the loan account and refused to provide me a NOC letter. However, after paying this amount, there will be no outstanding from my end.

                              I request you to please look into it and take corrective action as soon as possible.

Now for this I go to Bank o f india, sitabuldi branch for this issue, they are suppose to refuse any help in this regard. my aadhar no. is already given to bank and concern gas agency i.e. BHAVANI GAS AGENCY, Manewada sqr nagpur. Because of this my two subsidy were gone in wrong account. Both party i.e. bank and distributer not taking responsibility to resolve issue in this regards. All documents are already to to gas agency distributer and Bank of india. And the fact is that My first two subsidy are rightly in my HDFC ACCOUNT... NO ANY HELP FROM GAS AGENCY AND BANK FROM ONE MONTH. PLS HELP

                                  GOOD GOVERNANCE IS HEARD AND SEEN THROUGH MEDIA ONLY. NOT TO BE FELT BY ANY SO FAR.All in government are busy including CM garu and Parakala Prabhakar garu, like bees around beehive, making just buzzing sound and all people expect them to produce honey. Even after 6 months rule, the police, revenue, other govt officers not changed and ministers in new govt yet to come to grips with depts and as of now they are guided by same blind folded officialdom.Even simplest frauds on public by unsrupulous people and Bank Staff are not taken up seriously even by the present so called good governance...for people (or for rulers themselves?).I filed a PIL case in 2010 at Bommuru PS. After a great deal of trouble dealt to me by the SHO G.V.V.Satyanarayana, FIR NO.277/2010 was filed as per Hon'ble Courts' direction.It is such a simple fraud of "CREATION OF BOGUS CROP LOANS IN THE NAMES O[censored]NKNOWN, NON EXISTING, NON-FARMING PEOPLE WITH ALL FALSE SURVEY NUMBERS, FALSE LAND HOLDINGS, NON-EXISTING CROPS BY STAFF OF BANK OF INDIA IN WEST GODAVARI DISTRICT AND TWO BRANCHES IN RAJAHMUNDRY WITH THE HELP AND CONNIVANCE OF JEYPORE SUGARS, CHAGALLU".The police true to their nature and habits, try their best to dilute the case. The way I was threatened and frightened by SHO of Bommuru PS G.V.V.Satyanarayana was the worst nightmare in my life.My friend from Kovvuru, who is a farmer himself found that there were as many as SIX crop loan accounts for Rs.6, 00, 000/- created in his names in West and East Godavari branches of Bank of India, by a same officer from both districts, during a single crop year[protected], creating on record some 50 acres of land shown as his own, filed police complaint and the SHO VIJAYKUMAR @ KOVVUR PS tortured the farmer and his family and discouraged them to keep silent and not to press for case.Again with the intervention of Court, FIR 136/2013 FILED at Kovvur PS.However, the police are hell bent on not taking the culprits in this simple and genuine fraud to task for reasons best known to police and rulers of the state.Really shameful thing that the Government claims itself as RYTHU MITRA, FARMERS FRIENDLY, but no action against the cheats/ fraudsters?It is never too late, if the good governance, feels it so, should evince interest and do the needful immediately as already 5 long years passed in dilly-dallying by police.                                     Respected sir/madam I am Bank of India customer with account no XXXXXXXXXXXX At 23:16PM on 13/10/2014, I received two messages on my number. *BOI Star Sandesh* Rs 10000 has been Debited to Your Account XXXXXX from ATM on[protected].Available Balance 2534.56. *BOI Star Sandesh* Rs 2000 has been Debited to Your Account XXXXXX from ATM on[protected].Available Balance 534.56. My balance is now 534.56 Rs in my account. However, I have not withdrawl any such amount, and the transactions are illegal. My ATM card is with me till now.

                                    The complaint was only resolved after I brought the matter to the banking ombudsman of RBI in chandigarh. The behaviour of bank officials have been very bad towards solving the complaint.

                                      This is a complaint against Bank Of India for deducting more amount than my EMI for the car loan.I took a loan from bank of India for my I 20 car in the year 2009 and my EMI was deducted on every month on 30 th .The EMI finalised was 8304.But the last EMI they deducted was 35000 for which I approach the Bank for the same .They told me that the rate of Interest have increased in due course of my payment.I was surprised my the attitude of the concern officer as they never informed me about the increase in the rate of interest which is usually the practise followed by the bank. I just wanted to know can i raise a complaint against the bank for not informing and deducting the amount from my account with out my concent.

                                        I have tried ATM withdrawal of Rs-3000/- on[protected]:00AM from BANK OF INDIA, Narayangaon ATM, Before the money came out from ATM, there was electricity failure. Money did not came out but I got SMS from bank saying money deducted. I tried to report the problem but there was no any related person ( also no security person ) . At 10:00AM two persons came to solve problem ( to turn on UPS of ATM system), they came from service center. After reporting problem to them they told me that within 24Hrs money will credited back to my account. but even after 9days it is not credited.
