I, Mr. Arvind Naik have a/c in BOI, SB No. [protected]. I had deposited cheque (No. 000006, Rs. 1, 30, 000/-) in Bharat Bank, Mulund(E) for clearing on 26th Nov 2018 of Bank of India payable to Mrs. Ranjana Naik, my wife. The first cheque was returned on 27th, with memo from BOI service branch giving the reason 71, Amount/ Name differs on advice. The second cheque, new one (No. 000007, Rs. 1, 30, 000/-) was deposited on 27th in Bharat bank, it was also returned next day, even though cheque was absolutely in order.
Actually Bharat bank sends the deposited cheque to it service branch if cheque is in order, it goes for clearing or it is returned to branch without memo. I got to memos with 2 cheque saying" The following cheque has been returned by the paying bank for the reason given blow. The paying bank was BOI, Mulund (E)
I have visited BOI, Mulund(E) branch and asked for clarification and reason, the officials fooled me saying we have not returned the cheque, it is the mistake of Bharat bank who has returned the cheque.
Please let me know the reason of returning cheque and why officials gave me false information as early as possible.
Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

There was an unknown transaction in my account on 06/08/2018 at 3:52 pm my A/C- [protected]. It has been more then 90 days there is not even single update on this transaction infact as per RBI RULES I have informed bank and local police station within 24hr but there is no result, whenever I go bank they say they have mail concern Finish
