This is to inform you that i made two transactions by kotat debot card at boi atm at chakala on 5th dec 2018 and raised the complaint in kotak bank too.
Transaction details-
1) cash withdrawal of 1500/- on 5th dec 2018 time-13.39 at cmn9003-the transaction reference no is[protected]/ service request number-sr#1-[protected]
2) cash withdrawal of 1000/- on 5th dec 2018 time-13.42 at cmn9003 - the transaction reference no is[protected]/service request number-sr#1-[protected]
However the cash was not dispatched from the atm but deducted from my account.& still its not refunded to my account.
Kindly do the needful & refund my 3500/- to the respective account asap.
Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made a transaction through my rupay card at this bank at Amazon 21 October. But, i cancelled order 25 October, Amazon refund my money at 26 October with reference id[protected]. But, money doesn't credited to my account. Please solve my problem.

There was an unknown transaction in my account on 06/08/2018 at 3:52 pm my A/C- [protected]. It has been more then 90 days there is not even single update on this transaction infact as per RBI RULES I have informed bank and local police station within 24hr but there is no result, whenever I go bank they say they have mail concern Finish

      I had tried to withdraw rs. 10, 000/- from vijay bank on friday, money did not came out but got deducted from bank of india account. Still the money has not been refunded, my name is saurabh wardhani and i live in nashik, kindly resolve the same. Resolve as early as possible account no not posting due to security reasons. Ifsc code is bkid0000806. Please look into the matter.

      I am unable to login to my star token account. Every time i login it says your account is suspended on this computer you can activate it from other active computers.               I have been getting the msg that 295 rs from my ac has been deducted as investment intermidate.. Where i have not linked my ac with anything and this is the 3 rs time i got this msg. And due to this i have stopped depositing money to my ac as it is deducted without a reason and the customer care executives are too dumb to answer.. And the only solution they have is to be kept on hold, sbi is a harassing bank. Please refund my money back.

                On 25th sept, 2018 i tried to purchase some medicines for rs. 2, 788.00 (Rs. Two thousands seven hundred eighty eight) and gave
                My visa debit card no. [protected] attached to my staff pension ac no. [protected] to the chemist for said payment.

                However the chemist upon swiping the said card and insertion of pin by me, informed that my payment of chemist bill is not received upon swipping the card. He showed his pos machine also which displayed a message "declined".

                Thinking that perhaps i didn't put correct pin i again gave the same card towards payment of rs.2788/- however this second time also the payment was told by chemist as "declined".

                As i was urgently in need for medicine for my wife who was in nearby hospital i then gave to the chemist my debit card no.[protected] issued against my sb a/c no. [protected] for making payment of same rs. 2788/-. To my surprise this 3rd attemp also got failed.

                After 3 failed pos transactions, and in view o[censored]rgent need for medicines i deposited cash rs. 2788/- to the chemist and got the
                Medicines against cash payment.

                I may add that during this period of about 15-20 minutes my mobile was not working.

                However, when the mobile internet connectivity restored i saw 3 sms from boi showing that :

                1. My account no, [protected] was debited for rs. 2788/-.

                2. Another 2 sms also showed debit of rs.2788/- twice to my staff pension account [protected] with against debit card.

                I showed the 3 smss for debiting my aforesaid acccounts 3 times for rs.2788/- to the chemist "the pharmacy" i was informed that they will be receiving the statement for the day next morning, asked me'
                To come next day. However when i visited the said chemist next
                Day i was shown their banker's statement and informed that they
                Had not received the amount of cards swiped by them on 25-09-18.

                I lodged online complaints (3 nos.), thru bank of india website on[protected] requesting reversal of rs. 2788/-plus rs. 2788/- plus rs. 2788/- (Total rs. 8, 364/- for 3 transactions). I was given 3 acknowledgement ref nos. By email dtd.[protected]same day) as:
                1. Pos[protected]
                2. Pos[protected]
                3. Pos[protected]

                On[protected]
                1. My a/c no. [protected] was (Finally) credited with rs. 2788/- 2. My account no.[protected] was also credited with
                Rs. 2788/- (Which was debited twice in 2 attempts) once only.
                I am also surprised by the manner in which these 2 pos transactions were reversed; crediting the relative accounts first then again debeting the same and again crediting the related accounts on 01.11.2018. At the end only 2 out of 3 failed pos transactions were reversed leaving 1 pod transaction (Detailed below) which is yet to be reversed.

                As such, the 3rd failed pod trasaction for rs. 2788/- in account no. [protected] as per following detrails, is still to be reversed:

                Sr. Transaction details. Amt. Boi finacle tranxn no.

                1, medr/the pharmacy/212443 rs. 2788/-. S 693175

                It is over 70 days now after filing of online complaint, my online request for reversal of failed pos transactioh is still not reversed,
                I request you to reverse the said amount of rs. 2788/- debited to said account at the earliest with appropriate interest for the delayed period.

                        Staff of boi bagdona branch is so careless.
                        Boi staff is forcing me to pay approximately 11000 as panelty.
                        But still bank is not clearing for what i should pay panelty. Boi manager is not giving print statement of account or any legal proof for over draw of money from my account. As my account is saving plus account ffd plus, not any jandhan account.
                        Then kindly convey me if i had over drawn money. I am ready to pay it. But only after legal proof.

                          Br. Manager, burdwan br. He said it would be 42 days, but it should be 43 days.
                          On ref to grievance cell, they consider from 19.5.18 to 29.6.18 being 42 days to
                          Justify the calculation of br. Manager. Then where goes the 30th june?. By this way the bank deprives the large number of common customers who relies on

                                    I, Mr. Arvind Naik have a/c in BOI, SB No. [protected]. I had deposited cheque (No. 000006, Rs. 1, 30, 000/-) in Bharat Bank, Mulund(E) for clearing on 26th Nov 2018 of Bank of India payable to Mrs. Ranjana Naik, my wife. The first cheque was returned on 27th, with memo from BOI service branch giving the reason 71, Amount/ Name differs on advice. The second cheque, new one (No. 000007, Rs. 1, 30, 000/-) was deposited on 27th in Bharat bank, it was also returned next day, even though cheque was absolutely in order.
                                    Actually Bharat bank sends the deposited cheque to it service branch if cheque is in order, it goes for clearing or it is returned to branch without memo. I got to memos with 2 cheque saying" The following cheque has been returned by the paying bank for the reason given blow. The paying bank was BOI, Mulund (E)
                                    I have visited BOI, Mulund(E) branch and asked for clarification and reason, the officials fooled me saying we have not returned the cheque, it is the mistake of Bharat bank who has returned the cheque.
                                    Please let me know the reason of returning cheque and why officials gave me false information as early as possible.

                                      It has been 5 days and I still can't use my debit card to do online transactions (Upi says bank is not taking payment requests) neither can I do shopping from a store(says transaction declined) and i everyday I call your customer care, they tell me to wait for few hours or a day. When is it going to be fixed? Otherwise I'm moving to another bank and shutting down my boi account.

                                        This bank is providing rough internet service.. We can't send money through internet banking or in any other money transfer application. Please provide us your back service to use this things as well... If you're providing the above subject we'll be thankfull to you... Please shutdown this problem as soon as possible... Hope you ll understand.. Thank you..
