Bank Of India — balance deducted all the times

Esteemed sir,
I hope you are doing well!
I'd like to inform you that i feel this bank is safer and more secure than any other bank. But as compare in this month there are several times my balance deducted in my account. And this time i got a cheque from a consultancy agency so i fill this bank will clear the cheque soon but they failed and my account has been debited is rupees of 295. I don't know why?

Hence, i request you kindly consider the case and return my amount asap. Please.

Dear sir,
The retailer did the deposit Rs. 10000/- on 22/03/2018 from his
novopay wallet to customer's Bank account. Deposit has successful and
10000/- cut from retailer novopay wallet but the amount is not added to
the customer's Bank account.
