Bank Of India — balance deducted from account but money not release from atm

Dear sir,
I visited one of atm at Hazaribag near Samrat Hotel.I was visited atm on 20th Nov.2018 for withdraw money of Rs.1900 but transaction was unsuccessful and money deducted from my account . Kindly take action on above
