I have made one transaction of five hundred rupees through online net banking transaction id stubp 48399018 on 22 june 2017 the money debited from my account but transaction has been failed. I was complane my bank of india branch. And i was fill a reversal form. He says me your balance are refund in 48 hours. But there are 55 days are passed. My account number is [protected] yamuna vihar delhi branch, name vijay kumar.
