I was purchased one product from amazon and i made a payment with debit card and the because of some reason i was refused the delivery and applied for the refund on 29- January, 2021. but refund was not received till 5- feb, 2021. then i called to the customer care of amazon but they told me that we have already send your refund in your original payment account and my account from Bank of India bank and they send me reference number that is #30005110271027134865090 and they told reference number is created after sending a refund to your original bank account and bank only send this reference number so ask for your bank about the refund . so if there is a problem then solve this problem and send our money as early as possible.
