Bank Of India — Bank not updating my credit amount since more than 15 days

Sir i am sanjoy Kumar mohanty a bank of india customer having account number [protected] has got refund from amazon india of Rs16499/ on 09/05/2022 having refund reference number 74163262130034544334481 but bank is not updating that amount after i visited more then 10 times to bank rather they are now started to abusing and misbehaving me please help me i am physically challenged person.
