Bank Of India — Bank Of India Refund initiated by Policybazaar but still not reflecting in my bank account

My refund of rupees 29566 from Policy Bazaar was initiated on the date 20.02.2022, but still not credited in my bank account. In this regard Policy Bazaar has provided me a refund refrence number (Bank ARN No.): WBI[protected]. I Have talked to the bank but they didn't appropriately solve my problem.
