I m complaining about 1 transaction which i have done ON 21-March by bank of india ATM because of problem of ATM machine my amount was debited from my ac i m costumer vijiya bank i m done so many mail to my bank also and BOI bank also, BOI said that transaction is successful after asked about cctv footage but there is no reply for that ...i didn't received my cash till today i m waiting for the refund...there is no one can help me to get my amount back ...please help me out from this problem ..

Dear Sir date 14/05/2018 ko bank of india debit card card no [protected] rupay debit se bajaj finserv ko 14338.00 ka
paymnet kiya tha but nai mila our hamre ac se kat liya gaya
please wo amount waps hamre ac me dale...
