Bank Of India — Branch and 5 visit but still mobile number not change

Wrong status updated for this number 1-[protected], as per discussed with branch person, he is changing number, once 21-jun-2021 i gave form is find out, i think branch person form is missing so not change number, i already 5 time visited but my problem is still pending, tell me how i trust you again n again?, so i decided i will visited once free and close the account, due to bed service, thanking you. poonam patel
