This is rizwana khan. I have visited to your goregaon west branch 2days before in the morning for deposit cash and update passbook..but i was not able to print my passbook coz of some bar code issue, then i ask to your branch person to update my passbook though branch printer then he did something with my passbook and told me try once again, but i requested him to do from the printer as i have to submit my statement, and again i have to wait in queue for 20 to 25 mints and already I spend 20mins for the same but he has not listent anything. again I spend my 30 min in queue and face same problem.. Then i ask for the printer person but he was not there, and your officer mr Mukesh was not ready to understand my problem. And he said he can't do anything and he doesn't no the person will come or not and ask me to leave my passbook.. So i told him how i can give u my personal bank account details to you ans i ask for the full name and complain form and email id. But he told that they don't have any email id and he can't say his sirname as he is belongs from up.. Now you tell me how you can keep officer like him.. He doesn't know how to talk with the customer.
