Bank Of India — cancellation of credit card no [protected] on[protected]

I am to inform that my card bearing no [protected] have requested for cancellation on 11.12.2017 and surrenderd my credit card in BOI, Azamabad, Hyderabad.Again i have requested for cancellation on 3.6.2018
and on 19.06 2018.The bank manager, Azamabad, Hyderabad is kind enough to cancel my card on above dates.Inspite of cancellation i have been receiving messages to pay Rs 1770 towards maintainance charges by 21.06.2018. In this regard i request not to deduct Rs 1770 from account.I have also gave complaints to custumer care center for more than 3 times . But there is no use.If the above said amount is deducted from my account inspite of several requests and surrendered credit card on 11.12.2017, I shall be constrained to approach consumer forum to retrieve the amount.
