My account is in frozen state since 1st april 2018. I have funds in it, the same i can see through net banking but i can't use it. Everytime i try to make a transaction, a message is displayed to me saying, insufficient funds.
Neither can i use the debit card nor can i transfer the funds through net banking.
I would like to know, why cannot i access my own account. Why can't i pay my bills through my own money.
I have written a complaint to the bank manager. I have written a grievance in the system. No response till date.

Kindly unfreeze my account at the earliest.
