Bank Of India — cheque book not issued

Dear sir,
Kindly inform to i am online request issue cheque book dt. 07.05.2018 but today 25 days but not received our cheque book and not help us our local branch (Bihar) branch code no. 4636 not traces our cheque book. My account debited rs. 17.70 dt. 07.05.2018 request cheque book online through net banking.
Kindly request to pl. Solve this problem.
