I think Naini branch is a worst branch of BOI. Here customer services level is 0, if peoples are coming to entry there a/c balance in there passbook they have to stand in a Q, if they want the barcode of there passbook they have to stand in a Q, if my card is broken 1st i have to make hotlist of my card then after24 hour i have to come again and stand in a Q, again to activation of new card i have to wait 3 days, if am asking change of 2000 rupees, finding the ans no don't have change. If bank will not give the changr then where people will go for change. Branch manager Mr. Suneet aggrwal i think he like to see Q inside the bank. One thing u should no that by giving good customer service, by customer satisfaction only u can improve your bank standard not buy showing the Q inside and outside the bank. Incorrect balance amount being carry forwarded in above pass book.
Bank authorities at Bilaspur (CG) having no time to correct even after passed an year.
Sir, more than 20 time I visited the bank for the same purpose in last one year but still my account being carry forwarded wrong amount in each time.
Sir, finally on 21.04.2017 I asked complaint book to Branch Manager, but instead of giving the complaint book he told to meet some other officer and then I will see.
Sir, in each time the same thing officers are telling to come in free time but I don't know when free time will come (sorry to inform you that one year already passed).
Sir, today one of the BOI officer in the branch, asked me "how you know your amount is incorrect reflected in pass book"
Means customer have to tell every thing
I don't understand why improved devices facilitated in the bank if customer will tell every thing.
Lastly, I would like to tell one more thing, Officers at BOI Bilaspur branch are not bothered about any complaint what I think otherwise they will not make harass to the customer for such a longer period (one Year).
