Bank Of India — complaint regarding branch manager

I am visit today in your airport road bhopal branch (Ifsc code bkid0009088) and after that i need help with branch manager so i am go in branch manager cabin and ask for detail of my mother account and i have his passbook also he just say i don't care, you need to come with mom. Is your mum whether alive or not. That that's mean he told my mom is no more evan the account is active. It's hurt me alot. He is not a capable person for that seat his behaviour is so rude
