Bank Of India — complaint to regarding unauthorized withdrawal

Myself suneel kumar, i have a saving account ([protected]) in bank of india, branch bulandshahar road industrial area, and branch address: bulandshahar road industrial area, city post office, tehsil ghaziabad, u. P. 201009. On date[protected] morning, i was deposit rs. 10, 000/- in my saving account, (Receipt attached) and i got message of this transaction on my registered mobile no. (I. E. [protected]), on the date[protected], i visited to bank to print my passbook, i came to known that a transaction of withdrawal have been done of rs 10, 000 without my acknowledge and no any (Sms alert), message received from bank site regarding in this withdrawal on my registered mobile no.
