I was issued a Master Card ending in 1678 with an add-on card ending in 1660 in June 2015. We are Star customers with your branch at Luz, Mylapore, Chennai 600004, account# ending in 14314. I have an auto-debit to pay the balance in FULL every month on due date linked to my savings account in the bank. These cards expired in June 2022. We have excellent credit rating that we enjoy premium cards from other institutions. We were both away from India and returned in November. As we had not received our replacement cards, we queried at the branch to be informed that these cards were cancelled! Not only there was no communication to us on replacement cards, but also cancellation of these credit card accounts were unwarranted, unjustified and your failure to communicate any of this is unacceptable. I need an explanation in writing why it was done and what you can do to rectify such gross mistake.
