Bank Of India — Cut petrol charges from debit card

This is third time i have been used my debit card for fuel in activa
And the bank is taking charges for that i have allready complaint two times in ankleshwar branch for this branch manager say that its reverse after some days but its not yet reverse now they said that its chargeable even i am (Manager) also used my card
What should i do
Other bank are given discount and not taken charge its your bank only to take charge for that and its 12 rs how is that possible
Please reverse my all money and stop cutting charges on fuel

Sir my a/c is in turbhe branch bearing no [protected] savings .i took statements which was rejected by pvivate bank due to no name of bank on the statements paper and was charged 460 for that and loan isrejected bank person is not taking any responses pls do the needful
