[Resolved]  Bank Of India — debited amount not refunded my account

I am manitaining account with bank of india, chaibasa branch west singhbum -833201 jharkhand. With o/d a/c no - (Protected). I have payment request imps an amount (7, 000x3=21, 000/) to my own o/d a/c. However amount has been debited from my boi account and not credited to my payworld wallet.
