Bank Of India — Declining payment through my credit card for merchant payment | |||||
Between 27th March and 7th April 2017, I did try to make payment to merchant against shopping through my Bank of India Credit Card, but every time no payment was made by the Bank to the merchant without assign any reason whatsoever. I tried to contact Bank of India through phone No. [protected], [protected] and [protected] but could not reach them as by the time I could dial the 16 digit credit card No. it gets timed out. I could not reach them to report my problem. I do not know how to reach them and get my problem solved. Mail through E-mail address 'support.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in' was not responsive. I did not get a reply against my mail. Please show me the path by which I may put my grievance, and get a successful redressal to my favor Amal Kumar Sarkar.
