Bank Of India — Didn't get receipt and acknowledgement slip

I made an online payment for my ug 3rd semester admission in the college of jamshedpur co-operative college, the amount of 662 rupees has been deducted from my account as a admission charge but I didn't get any receipt and acknowledgement slip and again when I am going back by logging in into the online admission site it is showing to pay online again, but I already paid the required amount of admission. Please solve my problem fast.
