Bank Of India — done online upi payment for mtnl landline

On 21st august i had paid a landline bill of 1612 through my upi account i made calls in axis upi for details the said the payment is successful from their side there is some issue with your bank from 3 days am making calls every day but they are just telling me to mail the query with details i had done that but not getting reply or any solution even not speaking about the status of my query

I raised complaint about this matter via email multiple times but not get my issue solved from 2 months am mailing them even they do not recieve calls on their customer support helpline
