Bank Of India — Education loan subsidy amount not given to me

Dear sir,

I am Akshay Ghorpade resident of Maharashtra, i have taken education loan of 4 lakh sanctioned in 1oct 2015, now when i want to repay i asked to branch manager about subsidy amount he is saying that "kyu paresan kr rhe ho[protected] to subsidy aate hain", but i saw on portal that all interest should be borne by government, sir i am eligible for subsidy still i did not get it.
