Respected Sir/madam



excess rate of interest serve on loan AC No [protected] because bank was not Linked subsidy at the time of loan disbursement, bank has linked subsidy after one year later, while agriculture department given subsidy to bank dated 30/09/2013 before loan sanction. Loan Sanction and disbursement date is 11/11/2013.

loan AC No - [protected]. subsidy AC No- [protected].

My loan amount is -12.00 lacs.

Margin money - 02.40 lacs.

Subsidy amount - 06.00 lacs.

remaining amount -03.60 lacs.

bank has charged interest in whole amount Rs 09.60 lacs, while interst is charged on rest amount i, e is Rs 03.60 lacs, this is due to delay in subsidy processed/Link by Bank one year, Many time I had meet to Branch manager but manager says to this correction is not in our hand and every time rudly response by Branch Manager, this results bank has charged more interest in loan account, all relevant documents attach with mail.

Sir I request you kindly resolve my problem soon as possible.
