Bank Of India — failed atm transaction on 3rd may 2019

Hello team,
I tried to withdraw 10000 rs from my account using my bank of india debit card. Amount deducted from my account but didn't received the cash from machine. I got transaction declined receipt.

Transaction date: 03/may/2019.
Transaction time: 07:31
Atm id: s1cnq452
Address: bmlj house 169 bara bazar.

Called customer care several time, also logged complain on 04/may/2019 but money didn't get reverted yet. Online complaint reference number: atm[protected].

Today[protected] customer support operator told that it will not get reverted due to some reason.
Kindly let me know why amount not reverted yet. Requesting you to resolve the issue on priority because already more than 10 days has been passed.

Also attached the transaction declined receipt. Please find the attached file and refund money on priority basis.
