[Resolved]  Bank Of India — failed transaction amount not refunded in more than 72 hours

I tried paid my NLCIL recruitment fees 354 inr by Bank of india ATM card on 09 may 2020 4:02pm. But my money is deducted and transaction was failed. NLCIL said my last transaction has failed . I have not get refunded yet it's more than 72 hour. When I tried to call Bank of india customer support they are busy at all time.
Failed payment transaction number is CPAACUBYS0

Help me sir I want to paid nlc fees again. Due to lockdown we have no other option to pay fees. My money is not refunded. Help us last date for fees submission is 15 may 2020.
