Dear sir/ma'am,

I have made a upi transaction of rs.10000 on 24/11/2018 at 13:34 pm. The merchant have refunded the amount & merchant gave me refund reference number. 55 days has been passed but amount is not reflected in my boi account till now. I have contacted boi branch but they refused to help me telling that only customer care can help me. I have conacted customer care more than 7 times they alwasy given me new email ids to write mail to them. I have mailed to ""ho. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in, pos. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in"" 11 days ago. But i didn't got any reply from customer service. Kindly check with the issue and credit my refund as soon as possible.

Bank of india madhuahabrit eastchamparan tetriya aaj 3dino se cash caunter pe cash nahi hai. Cashier sahab bolte hai cash nahi hai aayega tb milega. 3dino se bank ka chakar sare grahak lagarahe hai.
