Bank Of India — i am complaining about money transaction failure

Dear sir/mam
Yesterday i have paid loan amount of 10362 to earlysalary. Payment has been deducted from account but transaction has been failed. That's why i want refund. Please resolve this problem. Yesterday i did this payment to earlysalary at 5:15 pm.
Please resolve this problem i need money for paying my loan.

My friend send me 600 rs by tez App, He Use UPI transaction. 600 rs debited from his account but i havent received yet. its happen all the time. customer service is worst
