I nithin francis, have been holding an account with bank of india for last 5 years and never have faced such an empathetic behavior
Sir i have taken the educational loan from the above mentioned bank on 5:12:2011. On 27th september 2017, myself and father recieved a call from the manager regarding the repayment of the loan and she was about to visit my home directly to inform this matter... As my mother is suffering from hypertension and post surgical illness (Cancer), because of these reasons my father humbly requested her to avoid visiting home, instead he informed her, that he and myself will meet her in the bank directly the very next day. But she went to my home and started shouting towards my mother in an illmannered and obnoxious way infront of my house. Thus my mom went ill very badly with a shooted blood pressure of 190/130mmhg, which is more than enough ton met an life threatening level as her health is not all good.
Sir i have a special request that, please do train your bank officials not only in banking, but also to deliver good behavior, politeness, and humanityto the customers, otherwise this kind of illmannerd personals will spoil the credibility of the entire boi branches... And please do recruite well mannered and respectfull personals
So i kindly request you to do the needfull for the same
