I am a account holder in bank of india. On 17.08.2022 i tried to transfer Rs.15800/- to another account through IMPS Using bank of india mobile app. When i try to pay, the transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my account and did not reverted to my account even after 48 hours is completed. I am providing here my bank details. Please kindly solve my problem.
