Yesterday (9th Oct 2020) evening I tried to make an IMPS transaction (using beneficiary account name and IFSC code) for INR 2054.00 via BOI mobile banking app. After entering the transaction password, the mobile app popped up a message saying the transaction had failed and the reason for the failure was "Card issuer timed out". The transaction id for the same is:[protected]. The amount has not been credited to the beneficiary account.
But when I checked my statement it showed the amount has been debited from my bank account. Even I haven't received the normal sms from the bank about the transaction details and balance.
I contacted your customer care number, but they couldn't help and asked me to drop a mail to BOI.imps.bankofindia.co.in, but my mail delivery failed saying the recipient couldn't accept the mail as their inbox is full. So requesting your urgent intervention into the same. Was this information helpful? |
