Bank Of India — irctc already refunded but not being reflected in account

I booked a ticket through irctc mobile app on 30th june 2018 of amount 3340. Then i cancelled the ticket on 8th aug.

But status being shown is "refunded"

A refund from irctc is not being reflected in my account [protected].
