Bank Of India — Medicines

I have ordered fabiflu tablets in medibuddy.com, money was debited from my account but the order was not confirmed, after that the page has come back and it showed there is no order confirmation to track my order. Here is the screenshot of reference transaction id. I waited for more than 10days . regarding this transaction i have submitted complaint to bank of india on[protected] but there is no response till now,
