Hi,
I want to make a complaint about a bank employees, miss preeti kumari, abm, nababhat branch, bardhaman, west bengal for misbehaving and using very rough language.
I went to open an account with the bank and the bank employee started shouting on me. Being a senior citizen if the employee does such a behavior with me then what shall be the result out of it.
Please take appropriate action so that this type of behavior will not be repeated.

Updated by Monotosh14 I may not be clear about the name as she removed the name plate as soon as I mentioned that I may do a complaint about her behavior. So please do take care of the behavior done by the ABM.
