Self, Gour Ghosh, S.B. A/C No. [protected], Bank of India, Nepakuli Branch, P.O. Goda Annada, Dist. Bardhaman-713122, request to draw your kind attention to the fact that, being in dire need of withdrawal of some cash from the bank, I approached Madam Gayatri Ray Chowdhury ( Branch Manager), today, 07/12/2016. I was taken quite by surprise, when she just yelled at me at the top of her voice and ordered me to get out of the bank. On making further request, she not only insulted me with abusive words but also told me that BOI does not require client like me. Feeling humiliated and dejected, I am here to raise this complain before your goodself. Expecting your kind consideration in wake of the same Thanking you and with regards.
