Bank Of India — Mobile recharge not done but amount deducted my bank

On 08/09/2022, I made a payment of Rs. 209 using boi rewards app wallet of Rs. 51.50 and Bank of India account of Rs. 157.50 for mobile recharge, but it failed and the wallet amount was credited But the amount deducted from the bank account has not been returned yet.
