Bank Of India — Money debited (trf) from my a/c of no cause.

Today i got the message of total 135.26 debited (Trf) from my account.
Why and what is trf?
I want my money back.

REFUND : Please credit me the amount debited as soon as possible.

BOI - Rs.5000.00 Credited to your Ac XX7198 on 29-04-24 by UPI ref No.[protected].Avl Bal 4923.52

BOI - Rs 58.78 Debited(TRF) MIBAL Charges Lien lift and re in your Ac XX7198 on[protected]. .Avl BalRs 3493.52.
