Bank Of India — Money deduction from Atm

On 10/12/2020 i went my nearby Atm for 3000 cash withdrawl i have done all process and the receipt came out but it shows the error message later on and the amout has been deducted from my main accout but the money did'nt came from the cash box and neither it has been refunded to my account back. I have already complaint thrice but there is no response from the company side..
