Bank Of India — money has deducted instead of failed transaction

Mercharchant name: mpockket (It's online service).
I paid my due amount, came to my attention paytm payment gateway.

I filled up my card details and after receiving a message from bank of money deduction, an error showed of wrong card details, even after having the right details entered.
Immediately i mailed all details on [protected]@mpokket.com

I even reached out to paytm they responded saying they are unable to fetch details about this transaction.
