Her a/c is in bank of india mahim branch...A/c his since 2nd january 2013
This is complaint against that i had not recived rs 10000 from atm machine on 20 december 2015 ( sunday) due to machine error i had informed the security staff of the same atm branch ...Security person his the i witness that he had seen that cash has not come from machine
I have offically followed the procedure of the bank of 21 deceember and they have sent text message saying that a/c will be reversed in 3 days but it is 5 months from now
This is my humble request to all superior plz investigate in this matter and reflect my 10000 in my a/c
And take necessary action on mahim branch ...Because i had given many new application to them and they had insulted my sister sonali ...My sister had cry in front of branch manager and even they told us jo karna hai karu aapko paisa nahi milega...
They had spoke with us arrogantly language...So it is request to higher authorites to take action against branch manager and teach him to talk with customer...
